We collect your name, email address, country, and payment information necessary to operate the Service. We also collect technical logs (server events, error logs) for operational purposes.
Your sGTM containers run on infrastructure we manage, but the tracking data flowing through them belongs entirely to you. We do not read, sell, or process that data. Request counts are tallied for billing purposes only.
We use the following third-party services to operate: Hetzner Cloud (server hosting), Cloudflare (DNS), Stripe / bKash / SSLCommerz (payments), Resend (transactional email). Each has its own privacy policy.
Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days after cancellation. Request count data (usage events) is retained for 12 months. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on our dashboard.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email support@servercast.io.
We will notify you by email of material changes to this policy at least 14 days before they take effect.
