By using ServerCast.io ("Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ServerCast provides managed hosting for server-side Google Tag Manager containers. We provision, operate, and maintain the infrastructure. You are responsible for the GTM configuration and tags you deploy.
You may not use the Service to collect data in violation of applicable privacy laws, to send spam, or for any illegal purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payments via Stripe are auto-renewed. Payments via bKash and SSLCommerz are one-time and must be manually renewed before the plan expires. Refunds are available within 7 days of payment if the Service has not been substantially used.
We target 99.9% uptime for the worker plane. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 24 hours in advance.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. On cancellation, your containers remain active until the end of the billing period. After that, they are deleted.
The Service is provided "as is". ServerCast is not liable for data loss, lost revenue, or any indirect damages arising from use of the Service.
